Please bring the following to your appointment:
  • Your medical and/or pharmacy benefit insurance card or Medicare card (if applicable).
  • Your COVID-19 vaccination card (applicable only after dose 1 is completed). If you don’t have a vaccination card, you should still keep your appointment! The pharmacist can assist you in-store.

For your appointment:
  • Patients under 18 years old (under 16 in South Carolina) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive their vaccination.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and a short-sleeve shirt.
  • Check in at the pharmacy 15 minutes before your appointment.
    If you're late, we'll see you based on availability.
  • We'll also ask you to stay at least 15 minutes after the appointment for observation.
  • Questions about your vaccination or appointment? Don't hesitate to call the pharmacy at 913-268-4980.
  • If you feel sick on the day of your appointment, or are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 10 days of your appointment, please reschedule when you feel healthy and well.

If you receive a Diagnostic Test and have insurance, you will be asked to show your insurance card at the appointment and the lab may bill your insurer. Vaccines will be subject to availability. State-, age- and health- related restrictions may apply.

No–cost at–home COVID–19 tests are available with select insurance plans. Limits apply to the number of tests covered per person per month. Test kits are non–refundable. After you submit your order, the Walgreens pharmacy will confirm your eligibility and your potential copay amounts with your insurance plan.
